  • Process I: Airway Billing
  • Leading a team of 50 members on customer data validation to initiate the delivery of consignments
  • Governing teams in Chennai and Rural Shores (Third Party Business Centers) on AWB data entry for APAC region
  • Monitoring the performance on productivity, Quality and TAT to meet the business requirements for noiseless delivery by having a regular connects with Teams and Stakeholders

· Part of a project members team in “Metamorphosis”, helped business transformation leads in data collection for AHT reduction analysis and helped operations team to overcome the challenges and decrease the time taken in process steps. By doing this showed savings of 1200$/month approx

· Driven teams in performing the data entries with accuracy on OCR-RPA transformation project

· Coordinated with countries to put best efforts to reduce the rejection percentage in AWB through “Project Repulse”

· Contributed my part in reverse transition with the new service provider and took time to prepare/transfer the best practices followed in AWB and other ancillary processes till the stabilization process
