- Project: - IAAS Migration Project (Upgrading the existing client’s VHS estate from V6.5 to V7.0 in a large estate of 25000 VMs and 585 clusters)
- Role: - VHS Engineer (Virtual Host Service) was a part of the IAAS Migration Project, handling the migration changes, storage unmasking changes, Non ACI changes, Datastore collection, VLAN port group creations, network changes and other Migration activities with 100% SLA Compliance
- Had to take initiative for project-related tasks: -
- Ensure 4 eye checks for critical changes and activities
- Ensure zero NCT Violation and compliance with change management requirements
- Creation of SOP and Knowledge articles
- Take additional project activity and deliver as per requirement
- Manage and collaborate with client and Internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
