Project #1: SFMD (Salesforce Master Data)

Description:

SFMD product is used in Newton, which covers the commercial part of Newton. This product is used by the CSEs, Business Development team, and Marketing team. Salesforce is the master database and connected with multiple systems.

Responsibilities:

• Created custom objects, profiles, permission sets, validation rules, and other security controls.
• Migrated all workflows to flows.
• Identified the gaps in the existing process technically and provided optimal designs and solutions.
• Migrated all page layouts to dynamic forms for better performance in Lightning.
• Developer aura components, LWC, Apex class, and Apex triggers based on requirements.
• Implemented lead creation and lead conversion process in Salesforce.
• Integrated Salesforce with portal (an external system) and handled complex scenarios in the integration.
• DMS, which refers to Document Management System, is migrated from the legacy system to the cloud. I took over this project completely to analyze the legacy system (.Net code) and provide and developed the optimal solution.
• Integrated Salesforce with Client master. Data flows from Client master to Salesforce.
• We are following the Agile methodology, and I am involved in all Agile ceremonies.
• In case of any production issues, I will be available to the DevOps team.

Project #2: CRC Application.

Description:

CRC Application is a tour/follow-up scheduling application between CRC agents and customers to support the searching communities based on a specific area. This application builds on the Lightning Web component framework, Velocity, and the aura framework.

Project #3: R-Actis.

Description:

R-Actis Application is a Case management application between Co-tech (Members in Dealers) and Techliners (Renault employees) to resolve the cases raised by co-tech, this is used after the sales of products (cars) for service purpose. Currently, this application is serving approximately. For 90 countries.

R-Actis application is developed on Salesforce Lightning Platform and its Service Cloud to develop the application.

Project #4: Riskonnect.

Description:

Riskonnect has a list of products in Risk Management and Governance & Compliance verticals. These products are built on the Salesforce Platform, leveraging its cloud capabilities.

In Riskonnect, the development team provides implementation of the product along with configurations. This will also demand customized architecture and user features. Also, there is a continuous process of enhancement and maintenance of the customized features. Following are implementations currently in flight.

Migrating Riskonnect products, which are built on Salesforce Classic, to Salesforce Lightning Experience by re-implementing the functionality using the Lightning Aura Framework.

Project #5: USAA (ICMS)

Description:

The objective of the Integrated Compliance Management System is to manage data of regulatory interactions for USAA, to efficiently track both internal and external emerging risks. It should allow for the assigning of action items/tasks to action agents with collaboration transfer ability.

Project #6: BMO Financial Group

Description:

The Bank of Montreal, operating as BMO Financial Group and commonly shortened to BMO, is one of the Big Five banks in Canada. It is the fourth-largest bank in Canada by market capitalization and based on assets, and among the ten largest banks in North America.

BMO Financial Group provides diversified financial services for retail banking, wealth management, and investment products, which serve more than 12 million customers. HCL manages end to end CRM operations for BMO which manage and maintain ,develop and migrate historical data into salesforce Application for BPB(BMO Private Banking),PCD(Private Client Division), IL(Investor Line),LOB(Line of Business).
