Currently working with State Street (Bangalore) in Transformation Services, managing strategic initiatives/projects and ensuring smooth implementation. The projects are transformational in nature which are targeted to improve/modernize the existing operations by way of process level re-engineering or digitization by introduction of new technology. Previously managed Digital transformation for 2 large US / Canada based banks by levering AI and ML capabilities of Genpact’s inhouse Digital Suite i.e CORA AI especially LiveSpread that does Automated Financial Spreading based on assisted machine learning.

Lead a team of Transformation Managers who are responsible to evaluate and implement digital technologies like RDA/RPA, Workflows and/or perform process re-engineering supporting Corporate Functions like Finance, FP&A, Treasury, HR and Compliance & Regulatory Reporting to derive efficiencies in their processes.

· UiPath RDA Deployment in Billing Operations (2020)
Successfully led a Robotics (RDA) deployment in one of the key Billing Process eliminating the manual efforts and thereby creating capacity of more than 3000 hours annually.
· Incident Management – Business Controls (2020)
Developed and deployed a robust framework to effectively monitor the Incidents (errors reported by client) withing the defined SLAs and get them remediated. This also helped the Functions to perform better reporting and overall governance.
· Performance Metrics (2021)
Created a SharePoint based activity tracker to monitor and quantify the Projects / Activities performed by the team, enabling benchmarking and defining optimal levels of utilization for various types of Projects based on complexity, size and duration of the Project.
· AI Based tool deployment (2019)
Deployed Genpact’s inhouse Digital tool in 2 Banks (Commercial Credit Vertical) which does automated financial spreading using assisted ML approach/ Reduced overall credit approval cycle time by 70% and drove standardization.
· Portfolio Optimization – Credit Reviews (2015) (Six Sigma GB project) -
Built a dynamic Master database which identified the dormant accounts which were not actively monitored. Uncovered the unutilised business /revenues potential of $274MM. P&L impact of $772K.
· Automated Financial Commentary (2011) - Developed a tool which helped in quick calculations and forms standard financial commentary related to the financial health of an auto dealer. Successfully saved ~$16K yearly with the help of the tool developed
