Specialized in Epidemiology with extensive experience in health promotion for urban vulnerable groups with a focus on Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), and in implementation research. Lead to a five-year project from the initial stage of the proposal through a five-year project period with a successful handover and impact assessed with an increase in footfall at the health care facilities from ten urban slums. Working experience with various stakeholders in the community, government, funders, and collaborators. Added value to the project through strategies for community engagement for sustainable community health interventions to promote health care for anemia, and non-communicable diseases like hypertension and diabetes. The interventions were successful and gained acknowledgment at the community, government, and organization levels.
