Key Functions:

• Lead, coordinate and supervise of 80 Security personnel to assure maintenance (Physical and Electronic Security). Safety awareness, new project, new process implementation, demonstration, presentation, equipment maintenance.
  Prepared overall security plans and managed security operations of organization, including assignments and staffing.
• Perform risk assessment of site & operation model and frame mitigation measures
  Manage physical security of sites through guarding service & monitor optimum functioning of electronic surveillance devices
  
• Ability to work on various tools & perform trend analysis using data mining, monitoring and related analytics to detect patterns indicating theft, fraud or abuse.
• Working on WBR report and Ageing data of In facility and In transit loss of cluster.
• Monitoring loss bucket on daily basis station wise and same will be escalated and support for closure.
• Investigations on ITIF losses& MDR reject losses, concessions, FC/SC escalations on timely
• All the investigations conducted by SLP through as per standard operating procedure.
• Ability to conduct detailed investigation within the policy framework, identify root cause & write report, develop management action plan for process formulation/ compliance/ improvement.
• Drive corrective and preventive process changes that could impact shrink reduction matrix positively.
• Evaluate S&LP process performance, internal audits and recommend mitigation/ optimization areas
• Build effective working relationship within team & manage stakeholders to drive closure of optimization trackers/ management action plan.
• Effectively manage security services vendor for SLA adherence and conduct training for guarding force on S&LP processes.
• Manage preventive maintenance of fire safety devices & train staff on emergency response
• Ability to respond & implement crisis management plan to support business continuity
• Lead, conduct, and deliver results regarding investigations of Theft, Fraud, and Workplace Violence/Critical Incidents
• Prepare prompt and complete reports relative to Workplace Violence, Theft, Fraud, Critical Incidents, and Process Improvement
• Coordinate with Government agencies for further support based on investigation findings
• Stage investigations and stings on retail employees suspected of committing theft or fraud at their own store.
• Daily monitoring of CCTV cameras of all locations maintaining the cumulative data & functionality and backup of the same.

• Description : Darbar poultry farms is established with a motive to earn and excel in the poultry industries where initially it was tie up with Suguna chicken and cultivated day chicks and resale to the partner. The business ran out due to insufficient financial stability after the corona pandemic.
• Roles and responsibilities : The goal is to cultivate 5,000 broilers in 45 days or less. To control and keep an eye on the availability of food, water, and weather in order to get the chicken to the right weight. To operate the entire apparatus with the assistance of two workers and to draw the target in any challenging conditions.

• Description: “Plan and design Engineer” This project involves planning and designing fiber optic cables to the nearest node from there we will plan copper networks that are about to be built in green field area, and Brown Area. Based on the field information and geographic area data, we plan fiber cables in the green field area by using AutoCad tools and geographic applications like MapInfo and small world
• Roles and Responsibilities Planning Engineer:
• Plan and design the strong Fiber network by checking the geographic area as per the guidelines with the help of Small world /MapInfo and AutoCad.
• Provide Design in A0 size sheet to Field construction Engineers along with BOM & BOQ.
• Coordinating with the construction team to implement the design as per plan.
• Preparing Excels of Daily status of POPs data, Planned houses, FSA boundaries and DSA boundaries
• Understanding and implementation of field survey reports.
• Responsibility towards project execution.(High Rise and low rise buildings)
• SDU and MDU buildings plan, Responsible preparations of constructions plans LLD & HLD.

• Description: In this project we have to monitor the NLD links and Intracity links with the help of NMS, protect the NLD fiber network of PAN India in order to give service assurance to the customer without failure by monitoring NMS

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Complete monitoring of Fiber and OSP network (MAN, NLD and Intracity) of PAN India with the help of Network monitor system (Alcatel, Huawei, NEC). Identifying the alarms of network failures. Immediate Communication to regional heads and restoration teams.
• Raising customer dockets and Escalating to the higher levels to restore the links with in the MTTR (Maximum time to restore).Co-coordinating with field teams and helping them in identifying the reason for network failure
• Monitoring & marinating of the links through Optical Link Protection (OLP) switches in TCL networks. Also manually OLP switching to Protection media in case of failure in any media.
• Monitoring of various RFTS (Remote fiber test system) equipment in TCL NLD network. Taking OTDR trace using RFTS in case of Optical fiber cut. Escalation of the problems & Planning for Disaster & Recovery in case of ring failure or any major outages Keeping record of all traffic failure in the company under the scope of TCL NLD (National Long distance) through Sonix & TSRM portal and maintain Excel sheet SFR (Shift Field Report) and DFR (Daily Field Report)
