• Launched Real Time Fulfillment planning platform ; the suite of products took into account the real time supply chain capacities and routed orders to optimize of capacity utilization
• Created a batch planning module to run in parallel to stream planning to look for global optima for fulfillment cost ; effected 45 crore of savings in Big Billion day by clubbing multiple orders of same customers

• Launched the Economy service in Ekart supply chain ; 65% of orders routed to road transportation post the launch of this service
• Scaled the Surat Sortation Center to 5x capacity ; enabling it to handle 50k shipments / day
