Automation Project, 2014, Worked with automation project team and help them understand process that are manual in nature and help create macro and cut down manual entry in Fund master and fail coding. RPA Projects, Project with robotics team, working with them for months to review and create process flow that are manual and tedious work. Project is in testing face where I load samples and review if the BOT is working as per the requirements. Egain Projects, Current team that I am in has 4 email address and team spends a lot of time with emails, worked with egain project team to create email flows and queues, have weekly meeting to create flow to see volume receiver and decrease email traffic.
