My role entails motivating, training, and leading a team of beauty experts (Ecom - Beauty Advisors and Retail Beauty Advisors) to success through the delivery of the highest levels of conversion, quality, product training, and customer service. I am in charge of managing shifts in the Department and overseeing their day-to-day operations. This includes ensuring that direct teams are driven to succeed and motivated to exceed their goals.
