• Being part of the European Talent Acquisition Team based in Barcelona, I single-handedly worked as a sourcer for a couple of months in recruitment processes for roles based in various European countries, such as France, the UK, Spain, Netherlands, CEE region, and others.
• I was dedicated to the Sourcing and prescreening of all levels of HQ roles, including, but not limited to Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Consultancy, Project and Product Management & IT roles etc.
• Proactively build and execute Sourcing strategies to develop a diverse and multilingual candidates pipeline in close collaboration with recruiters and Hiring Managers.
• Later we expanded the team, and I took on the responsibility of training them for our centralized structure. I made sure they understood the entire process and trained them for sourcing, calls, and prescreening too. The team worked cohesively after the training.
• I have hands-on experience with Workday, particularly in Sourcing. I've managed job requisitions, candidate profiles, and applicant tracking. I know how to post job openings and use candidate management tools effectively.
• Additionally, I've implemented various sourcing methods, such as employee referrals and social media platforms, to attract top talent. Workday's reporting and analytics capabilities have helped me make data-driven decisions to improve our sourcing strategies.

Worked in IT as well as non-it technical positions
