1. New Hire Onboarding documentation(Mindtickle) - Lead the project of documenting configuration guides for all integrations which can be used for training new joiners on the team, reference for the whole team for configurations

2. Support Documentation(Mindtickle) - Lead the project for documenting detailed technical debugging guides for support tickets related to integration, took sessions with the support team to train them

3. Sending Failure alerts in Slack using Slack APIs for monitoring of integrations(Mindtickle) - reduced support tickets from customers substantially, this created a common thread to monitor errors, find patterns and fix recurring issues

4. Using Slack Apps to automate internal tasks(Mindtickle) - Getting useful information from different sources using APIs with a single click in a Slack channel. Turned out to be very useful for support and customer success teams.

5. Zycus Allocation System - Monash Health(Zycus). Custom Integration solution implemented for managing intelligent PPE kits allocation to Australian Health Services and managing back orders amid the COVID crisis to ensure balanced/efficient operations for Monash health. Automation reduced the time required for allocation from 4 hours/day to 30 minutes/day (April 2020 - August 2020)

6. TAQA Sourcing and Supplier management implementation(Zycus) with different business processes, 5+ ERP systems across geographies (April 2020 - December 2020)

7. Air Liquide supplier master data management(Zycus) with Zycus as a primary system - 1 to many Integration with 15+ ERP systems designed along with failure reconciliation and error management (Jan 2021 - Nov 2021)

8. Lead Heineken Proof of Value Workshops for Integration(Zycus) of Zycus Source to Pay suite with 30+ systems

9. Worked with the product team to build a product for managing Single Sign On(Zycus) on a single platform rather than individual code deployments to make implementations/operations smooth. Product reduced implementation effort from 3 weeks to 5 days. Independently planned and executed the migration of existing customers' single sign-on set-up to the new product.

10. Worked with product teams to build Integrations with Supplier Risk Provider third parties(Zycus) by understanding customer business requirements and API flows for various third parties like BVD, Ecovadis, DNB, etc

Team Lead - Global Entrepreneur, AIESEC, Mumbai (July 2016- June 2017)

AIESEC is the world's largest youth-run organization which enables youth to experience being a global citizen by providing opportunities to volunteer, work in start-ups or well established organizations across the globe. Additionally, the organizations enables youth to become young leaders by working with AIESEC across the different functions.

As part of Team Lead - Global Entrepreneur my responsibilities were:

1. Reach out to start-ups across Mumbai to introduce what AIESEC does and how it would add value to their business and organization

2. Build relationships with these start-ups, go through multiple presentations to close the deal

3. Prepare contract and scope of work for the start-ups and get it through signing

4. Lead a team of 4 people working on different items - Finding sales leads, Preparing sales content, Posting start-ups requirements on AIESEC portal and conducting required interviews for the candidates, Ensuring smooth onboarding of interns from across the globe into their job functions at the start-ups

5. Conducted regular 1-1s with the team members to understand their goals and the challenges they face, give my feedback on their performance and ask for feedback on self

6. Tracked the team targets weekly and prepared the target and planning for the next week
