• Providing Last Line of Defense support for multiple vendors for 250+ customers with 2000+ systems
• Handling escalated issues, providing on-call support and discussing complex issues in global call

• Point in time recovery in case of hardware/OS level corruption

• Setting up replication for SAP and Non SAP Business Suite systems
• Handling split brain scenarios in HA/DR systems.
• Rebuilding HA/DR for advanced replication issues
• Installation, upgrades and configuring Replication Server
• Fixing Replication Server license issues for both Business Suite and Non Business System

SAP IQ (L3/LLD Support):

• Performing IQ health check and troubleshooting issues
• Working on IQ license, driver related issues and upgrades

SAP ASE:

• Proactive administration of Critical and Non Critical SAP databases
• Installation and configuration of ASE 15.7,16 on Red Hat Linux system
• Upgrading existing ASE and SRS database servers to latest patch level (15.7 SP140 & 16.0 SP03 PL08)
• Migrating ASE across different platforms (AIX Based to Linux) and dealing with issues related to sort orders, character sets and suspected indexes
• Worked on ASE Performance Tuning
• Troubleshooting DB issues (blockings, segment full issues, long running transactions, etc)

Replication Server:

• Performing DB resync and fixing replication issues
• Checking Stable queue size for replication performance
• Monitoring replication threads, disk space and latency

SQL Server:

• Managing Database Users and Security
• Monitoring Jobs, Error Logs and DB health

• Monitoring and handling different types of alerts and incidents
• Restoring and Refreshing DEV/QA ASE databases as per client's requirement
• Checking database consistency in case of index/data corruption
• Troubleshooting procedure cache full issues
• Taking runtime / data dump collection for SAP product support

• Collecting diagnostic information required by SAP product support for troubleshooting
• User management issues related to login and permission
• Performing weekend maintenance activities like REORG, Update Statistics
• Monitoring ASE data segment and log segment alerts.
