My research focuses on understanding the structural and functional consequences of disease-related single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and point mutations in proteins. I utilize advanced simulation techniques to investigate how these genetic variations alter protein stability, dynamics, and interactions with other biomolecules, ultimately impacting cellular processes and disease pathogenesis.
