I was working as ‘Economist’ with City and Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. (CIDCO) from March 05, 2010 to November 30, 2022. My job involved determination of Reserve Price and Base Rates of plots for various uses like Residential, Commercial, Social facilities and public utilities. My job profile further included pricing of CIDCO constructed EWS/LIG/MIG/HIG Tenements and commercial units, Feasibility Analysis of various infrastructure projects etc. After superannuation at CIDCO, I was working with Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority as Dy Director (Economics) on contractual basis. This job involved regulation of water sector, determination of water tariff etc.

• Supervised FAO’s survey on Structural Adjustment conducted in December 1992 and January 1993 in Kolhapur, Parbhani and Wardha Districts of Maharashtra.
• Participated in various workshops on behalf of CRS Mumbai Zonal office like TOT, Review & Monitoring, FCRA etc.
• Provided consultancy to following NGOs in Fund Raising, Research, Monitoring & Evaluation and Impact Assessment studies. (1) Ambuja Cement Foundation, Dist- Chandrapur (2) Resource and Support Centre for Development (RSCD), Belapur, Navi Mumbai. (3) Hindustan Latex Family Planning Trust (HLFPPT) (4) Pathfinder International (5) PIRENS, Ahmednagar (6) Maharashtra State Board Technical Education (MSBTE)

• Ranked 2nd In Marathwada University order of merit in MA.
