  • Responsible for continuously improve the supplier's production, quality processes (reduction in scrap rate, reduction in customer complaints, defects, first time right, etc.) and share best practices/knowledge available to improve their performance
  • Customer complaints handling and taking CAPA by means of problem-solving tools like why why/PMO /8D analysis
  • New product development and contribute with competence for faster introduction with Zero defects
  • Active participation & implementation of Kaizen, FIFO, 5S system, TPM and Safety BBS approaches among team members.
