- Worked with nursing supervisors and the quality management cell of SDA Medical Centre, Bangalore and identified a gap among emergency first responders. Organized and conducted a Local Teaching Program entitled, "Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support Protocols" to help bridge this gap
- Identified a gap in the management of trauma patients in low resource emergency settings across 5 charitable hospitals in India and 1 hospital in Tunisia. Designed and implemented a National Teaching Program entitled, "Approach to Trauma in the Emergency Department" meeting with criteria of the latest ATLS guidelines
