• Developed specifications for tyre manufacturing, compounding, MSS, IPS, and work instructions to enhance product quality and compliance.
• Conduct plant experiments, tyre evaluations, cost-reduction initiatives, and process/product development activities.
• Carry out process proving of new tyre designs in coordination with the R&D team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve process- and product-related issues and ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Prepared and issued monthly technical reports detailing specification changes and development activities to inform stakeholders and guide decision-making.

Oversaw project achievements:-

• Successfully managed and secured approvals for key OE projects, including Hyundai Aptera Cross QU-2I, VinFast, and MG Gloster.
• Managing OE tyre development projects for major OEMs, including MSIL, Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M), and Mercedes-Benz.

• Responsible for all technology-related tasks in the extrusion and bead processes.
• Coordinate with the CFT, technology team, and R&D for supporting New Product Development (NPD) actions and all other extrusion process-related tasks.
• Designed and modified tooling based on product requirements and implemented process improvement projects.
• Extruder tooling design and procurement.
• Prepare specifications for new equipment and oversee industrialisation.
• Responsible for all process specifications and standards in the extrusion and bead processes, and part of the CFT for creating PFMEA, control plans, SOPs, etc.
• Initiated quality improvement projects to enhance product performance and improve process efficiency.

Documented key projects and achievements in technology development, showcasing advancements and innovations.

• Industrialization of machines such as Triplex Extruder, Quadruplex Extruder, and bead apexing.
• Conversion of SRRD pull-type extruder to pressure head extruder.
• Tooling design development and implementation of new product concepts, including white-letter sidewalls, chimney from base and chimney from wingtip for silica treads, and dual cap treads in MCR.

Executed erection and commissioning of new machines (Triplex, Duplex, Bead Winding, IHI inner liner Calendar) to enhance operational capabilities.

• Developed documents including WI, FMEA, PFD, and CP to support process standardisation and compliance.
• Procurement of tools for extruders and the tooling shop.
• Coordinated activities for Brown Field project to ensure timely completion.
