• Responsible for evaluating unmitigated risk and assigning inspection tasks and inspection intervals for further reduction of risk to an acceptable level.
• Responsible for the preparation of the inspection work pack, TML sketch, and review of identified TMLs, covering all the areas to mitigate the damage mechanism.
• Creating an inspection work pack for piping based on the operating conditions, history, and maintenance of equipment to carry out an assessment plan based on the damage mechanism affecting the equipment.
• Executing visual inspections management and analysis, thickness inspections management and analysis, and corrosion management and analysis.
• Reviewing NDT reports to calculate the minimum thickness of pressure equipment and piping using ASME 31.3 standards to calculate the corrosion rate and remaining life of the asset.
• Reviewing design documents, general assembly drawing (GA), data sheets (DS), manufacture record book, fabrication drawings, equipment strategy, and inspection reports of the equipment to plan the integrity of the equipment based on RBI recommended practice.
• Reviewing PFD, P&ID, and isometric drawings for inspection, TML markups, and identifying services to categorize for inspection.
• Performing integrity analysis based on maintenance and NDT reports, reporting damage class verification for inspections, and providing recommendations for repair or replacement of the equipment, followed by a follow-up inspection.
• Updating the equipment feature data to the GE-APM (Meridium) tool to plan a shutdown strategy, and periodic maintenance and inspection.
• Monitoring and surveillance of Integrity Operating Window (IOW) parameters to ensure reliable operations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and integrity recommendation stewardship.
• Identifying bad actors and analyzing data to reduce equipment downtime. Overall, integrity, effectiveness, and management, including criticality assessments and timely review of inspection findings.
• Performing regional oversight and stewardship of integrity work product metrics for quality, effectiveness, and efficiency in achieving business unit/manufacturing site objectives.
• Propose the recommendation of inspection methods for equipment, record maintenance, and regulation of inspection methods, as well as the resolution of site-related issues.
• Coordination and communication between various global centers and business affiliates for various aspects, like knowledge transfer, sharing learnings, skill management, and maintaining business relationships.

Client: Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited, Site, Manali.

Shutdown assignment: M&I shutdown of CCR unit.

• Monitored the complete replacement of three inter-reformer heaters with A335 P9 tube metallurgy.
• Ensured adherence to quality standards during maintenance of reforemate heaters and OBSG.
• Conducted non-destructive testing (NDT) and repairs for Reactor and Regeneration circuit.
• Collaborated with Axens Group for technical recommendations and client approval processes.

Client: Kuwait National Petroleum Company, Al-Ahmadi, & Mina-Abdullah.

• Reviewed Quality Assurance Plan for welding carbon steel, LTCS, stainless steel, and alloy steel.
• Maintained welding quality by selecting appropriate techniques, electrodes, and PWHT of welded joints per approved WPS.
• Monitored NDT team and interpreted NDT reports to ensure compliance with standards.
• Inspected incoming materials and maintained Material Test Certificates (MTC).
• Prepared punch lists, coordinated with clients, and witnessed hydro and pneumatic tests per KNPC standards.

Shutdown assignments: M&I Shutdown of Diesel Unit (DHDS). Revamp shutdown, including furnace modification and maintenance, exchangers maintenance, and pipelines modification.

• Familiarization with isometric and P&ID drawings.
• Reviewing the QAP for welding carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel.
• Maintaining welding qualities by selecting suitable welding techniques, electrodes, and PWHT of welded joints in accordance with approved WPS.
• Monitoring the NDT team and interpreting NDT reports.
• Inspection, quality control, and failure analysis of equipment, like exchangers, condensers, and furnaces, during shutdown maintenance.
• Witnessing the hydro and pneumatic tests of pipelines and equipment. Complete inspection of the equipment bundle for re-tubing directly.
• Witnessing and qualifying welder according to ASME Sec. IX standard.
• Holiday testing of wrapping, rubber lining, and insulations.
