PROJECT ROLE - OPERATION SPECIALIST

  • On boarding the final customer by updating contract details in ORACLE with the help of sales team.
  • Accepting the part quote in ORACLE, work on the price confirmation and create purchase order.
  • Engaged in O2C, Fulfilling the customer requests for parts and invoicing through ORACLE.
  • Investigating and resolving all shipping issues including short-shipment, damages, missing shipments and failed on installation.
  • Provide Return Material Authorization details to the final customer.
  • Create Credit or Debit invoices and Memo’s in case of financial discrepancies.
  • Update the customer database through GLPROD for the smooth working Electronic Data Interchange.
  • Responsible for handling the customer and maintaining a good relationship with the them.
  • Coordinating with various teams and domain experts to provide the best possible solutions to the client.
