  • My job is to manage the product service of 15 OEM brands, including HP, Dell, MI, Asus, EDC Machine, Amazon, and Eureka Forbes
  • This includes brake fixing and installation services for these products
  • I also manage the service of OEM products with the help of service partners
  • Four operational managers’ report to me, who oversee direct and service partner engineers.
  • My primary responsibility is to ensure that all service calls for these brands are completed within the TAT (Turn Around Time), and to encourage respective brands to give us more service calls to increase revenue
  • I set standards and guidelines for inbound/outbound customer service and back-office representatives, manage day-to-day planning and operations, and coordinate with all support departments and key stakeholders.
  • I motivate and encourage my team through positive communication and feedback to ensure quality and controls are in place and adhered to across all aspects of the deployed activities
  • I also ensure customer requests are responded to in a timely manner and that the call center's human resource objectives are met.

  • The main responsibilities include appointing potential channel partners, managing POS printers, scanners, label printers, thermal printers, DOT matrix printers, and passbook printers.
  • The candidate must be responsible for direct visiting of the end customers, including government projects such as banks, steel factories, LIC, and railways.
  • They must also be accountable for primary and secondary sales, managing a techno-commercial team of 12 members.
  • Each team member will be responsible for their respective state based on the local languages they know
  • The job also includes sending the EDM and contacting the channel partners of the respective states and pushing the secondary and primary sales.
  • The candidate should visit the channel sales and the state distributor on a regular basis, explaining the technical specifications of the new and existing products to the channel partners
