• Performed a detailed TMS (time motion study) for multiple Croma stores to understand the mean and standard deviation of each process in the customer purchase journey.

• Represented Croma Supply Chain Business to both internal cross-functional teams and external clients for any network or design implementations within Croma.
• Responsible for external stakeholder management from fit-gap analysis to driving change management post-implementation.
• Implemented loss prevention strategies to reduce shrinkage and improve profitability, with net ARR savings of ~3 Cr, giving a huge edge in increasing the bottom line.
• Handled a team of 2 at HQ for streamlining and configuring the Croma network of the 3PL partner serviceability matrix, meanwhile handling the entire Pan-India operations staff consisting of 1,000+ employees to dictate the way of operations in the mid-mile and last mile (captive network).
• Transformed Croma's logistics operational methodology from 'delivery by' to 'delivery at' philosophy by implementing slot selection-based delivery.
• Spearheaded the implementation of major transformative softwares, ranging from BigBasket-developed last mile TMS, BlueYonder WMS, Salesforce CRM, Clickpost 3PL orchestrator, and many more mini projects throughout the tenure for continuous improvement within supply chain and customer service technology.
• Worked on the next-gen product roadmap of TATA Digital on future optimization and top-line generating projects, such as multi-DC fulfillment and Quick Commerce.

• Led end-to-end BY TMS implementation as a standalone architect for Bayer India, engaging in business validations and discussions, focusing on tariff setup, international shipping, upstream integrations, and shipment consolidations.
• Established a seamless shipment cycle until the completion of financial processes, reflected in SAP, for efficient freight settlement procedures.
• Configured job server setups to automate repetitive tasks within TMS at regular intervals, including strategy optimizations, voucher runs, and freight bill creation.

• Analyzed and provided optimal solution strategies for XPO and its clients through network optimization, green/brown field analysis, and inventory stratification.
