• Regular engagement with business to ensure decisions are risk based and guide them(in consultation with Risk Consultant/Manager - where applicable) in understanding and responding to risks.
• Identify issues/control gaps, basis control testing(planned/ ad-hoc) key risk indicators, key control indicators and key performance indicators.

• Dealing with policies where, after the life assured has deceased, we had to notify the policy, admit the claim, and pay the executor or beneficiary after receiving all the necessary documents. Different tasks are involved in this entire process, which are dependent on each other.
• Worked as a Trainer in the Pilot batch of the project and helped in moving into BAU by taking accreditation in different fields.
• Curated the Checklist for different tasks for Internal Quality and also analyzed the SOPS to improve the process as a whole.
• Performing error analysis to reduce errors and improve the internal quality of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Arranging banks for discounting Letter of Credit/ Buyers Credit on behalf of clients.
• Finding the best discount rates available in the market and to provide that to our client.
• To analyze the business health of the client by analyzing the Financial Statements like Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement.
• Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, and promoting sales in accordance with the company’s objectives.
