Account Ownership

• Key Technical Projects - We conceptualized and developed path-breaking ML model called “BIBO - Break In Break Out” which can predict possible drop in viewer count between consecutive content and break segments and with help of simulation came up with suggestions around break duration, break start and end time etc. This was instant hit within Viacom and received immediate implementation requests from 3 Channel Heads.
• Improved retention by 11% for one Hindi FTA channel

• Worked as an on-site and/or off-site consultant across multiple projects and was directly responsible for delivery of two accounts. Spent 8 months in US & Europe to support client requirements and delivery.
• Handled teams upto a size of 35 working on 6-12 projects for 4-7 clients
• Won Quantiphi Innovation Award 2016
• Converted POCs for 3 Insurance, 1 Manufacturing and 1 F&B clients into large accounts over time.
• Developed a package for outlier analysis which client found more accurate than S-H-ESD from Twitter for their use-case.
• Part of team that took up the first deep learning project in Quantiphi on Code detection from bottle-caps and cardboard crates and successfully delivered it.
• Built a custom voice based user authentication module and trained ASR model from scratch.
• Prototyped a toy model for object detection from videos and provided the seed idea of video analytics on which Athena’s Owl product is built today.
• Key Technical Projects - Monthly Demand forecasting of medical equipments for different markets, Weekly demand forecasting of different products in Vending Machines and build a cross/up-sell model to increase revenues, Demand forecasting every 15 minutes for a large US based fast food chain, Automated Outlier Detection & Diagnosis, Forecasting quarterly revenues of an insurance company for market communications while closely monitoring daily business numbers and pending policies in underwriting to adjust the numbers time and again, Pricing analytics for Insurance coverages based on Location Parameters, Predict chances of clearing final certification exam based on student's study patterns enrolled with an ed-tech platform, Finding what type of insurance policies/coverages to be pushed in different geographies, Optimize the underwriting pipeline of an US based health Insurance company, Image recognition, Speech Analytics & ASR

• Was the first employee of Kloutix
• Built 3 analytics product prototypes in BFSI sector from scratch - FundSAFE, FinPRO and InSURE. During my tenure we got two orders for implementation - one each for FundSAFE and FinPRO.
• The FinPRO implementation achieved good success. Started with implementation in only 2 branches as POC. Within 4 months of POC received additional order to install the product and train staff across all their branches in Mumbai. Our recommendations saw an acceptance rate of >70%, thus helping their bank personnel and sales staff to do the right homework before meeting prospects.
• Was leading a team of 2 data scientists and 2 DB developers, while liaising with engineering team to define end-to-end architecture of above mentioned products
• Delivered 2 small scale data warehousing projects successfully

• Trained on statistics and Machine Learning by professors from ISI Kolkata and seniors in team, which led to strong foundation.
• Helped team with different ad-hoc analyses and model building.
