• Worked on Cyberlife, a life insurance policy administration tool that handles all functionalities from policy application, Approval/issue, Policy Inforce processing, Billing and Commissions.
• Most current project is Annuity State Tax that imposes different tax restrictions on Annuity products for a number of US states.

• Played key role in a Mainframe Migration ( Microfocus to Fujitsu NetCOBOL ) project.
• Worked as a team lead in FSAMS (reconciliation) application.

Onsite representative on behalf of Cognizant for Team Interchange ( Credit Processing and Settlement ).

• Gathering core business knowledge for clearing and settlement of credit card transactions.
• Worked in different key areas of credit card acquiring, such as authorization, qualification, clearing/reformatting, transmission, incoming settlement, and reclassification.
• Instrumental in delivering key projects like AMEX OPTBLUE, VISA PARTNER PROGRAM, PROSA-MIFEL-Mexican bank Set up, Association Release and many more.
• Responsible for managing the development, maintenance, and support (24/7) to achieve the highest level of customer (end-user) acceptance and satisfaction within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Manage work with offshore resources and provide defect free delivery to client.

• Development of system applications and their enhancements.
• Building test cases, test plans and performing Unit and Regression Testing for the application team Interchange.
• Production support for the jobs running in production region.
• Development of Design documents and its review with the Client manager.
• Coordinated with onshore Interchange SME to work on critical projects like the Visa Partner Program, Global Bin file enhancement, Visa and Mastercard Annual Release enhancements, and many other critical projects related to Credit Card Acquiring.
