  • Project-Digital Business Analyst -India ODR
  • India-ODR is a regulatory project aligned to provide a provision on PIB and MB for customers to raise disputes online. As per the RBI’s mandate, banks have been asked to provide a mechanism on their mobile and internet banking applications for their customers, after authentication, to identify or mark a transaction as fraudulent for seamless and immediate notification to the bank.
  • Project-Complaint Management System(CRM implementation)
  • The Complaint Management System (CMS) aims to exhibit a commitment to service excellence, truth, and fair dealing with its customers. The Group intends to ensure that complaints are dealt with effectively and quickly, and management has timely visibility over key complaint-handling trends and metrics to infer valuable business insights. CMS is a multiyear project with the aim of capturing 18 markets under it.
  • Project-Business Analyst aligned to compliance and Regulatory portfolio in GTC.
  • The HSBC Conduct & Controls Program for WPB UK (BO1 Product Governance - PGDE) aimed to reduce the risk that key information is not captured correctly during the product lifecycle. The PGDE tool was developed to help enforce accurate completion of operational processes, to drive consistency across the UK, and to provide an audit trail for product-related decisions.
  • RMP4 (Risk Mitigation Program) for RBWM UK— Enhancement of Enterprise Risk Management Framework to define risk and control framework and effectively manage operational and conduct risk
  • PSD2 aims to make payments safer, increase consumer protection, foster innovation and competition, and ensure a level playing field for all players, including new ones, while fostering new business opportunities through the new TPP channel.
