Working as an Application cum Sales Manager for Carbide cutting tool products with prime focus on your partner in cost reduction. Conduct Trials for various products on various types of machines which may be conventional as well as CNC includes turning centre, machining centre. For turning centre, conduct trials for varieties of inserts, Grades & geometries this will prove economical to customer. Conduct trials on Machining centre for various type of cutter like Inserted type cutter, end mills, Drills. Working individually or with customer for estimation of cycle time of new component which will enable customer to quote to their customer. Preciseness of calculated cycle time highly impact on getting orders for those components. This will help in generation of sale & maintaining long term relations. Suggest most suitable & productive tools to customer considering tolerances to be maintained ,surface finished required, next operation to be done, application requirement of that component, capacity of machine in terms of spindle power, torque, max Spindle run out, material to be machined, insert to be used, no of edges of insert. Ultimately aim is to give an economical solution to customer. Having better knowledge of grades & geometry selection of inserts as per material grades, hardness & chemical composition. Give training to customer’s CNC related person which includes Basic of metal working world, tool & inserts identification, insert wear & remedies, Chip Breaking & its relation with feed & geometries, relation of surface finish with feed, speed & nose radius, calculation of cutting tools parameters, catalogue reading and importance of productivity. Generate saving at existing customer by implementation of modern products by replacing old ,outdated technology, by changing existing method with new economical one. Always working at customers with partnership oriented approach by help them at many level, try to raise their satisfaction level day by day.
