- Plan and initiate meetings with all concerned section heads aiming towards analyzing given project as whole, focusing on challenges, trouble shooting, new learning and area of future improvements.
- Perform periodic testing and examine all tools & equipment used in various operations to ascertain its performance in various operations, both onsite and offsite.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs to ascertain feasibility and overall outcome, keeping in mind organizational goal..
- Plan and initiate discussion with process experts to finalize and set realistic benchmarks, targets, goals for various operations and ensure those are implemented as planned.
- Work jointly with other departments to ensure effective operations, including design engineering, process engineering, procurement & Logistics, and product & service quality.
