Project Name : HR Analytics

Project Description : It is a versatile HR based analysis. It is fully dedicated to the new HR data segment, where we present all the information of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Proficiency in the creation and design of diverse dashboards and reports utilizing various Tableau Visualizations like Dual Axis, Bar Graphs, Scatter Plots, Pie Charts, Heat Maps, Bubble Charts, Tree Maps, Geographic Visualization and other making use of actions other local and global filters according to the business/client requirement.
• Developed HR KPI Report in Tableau from scratch by taking the requirements from client. The frequency of this Dashboard was monthly. The dashboard was for complete 1 year span of time.
• It was for all the different Business Units and for their different Regions. It has different sections for Headcount, Terminations and like Gender Ratio.
• Experience in SQL in writing sub-queries, Stored Procedures, Triggers, View, Functions and Package. Expertise in Data Warehousing and Data Modelling.
• Analysis and validation of available data as per user requirements to propose usable designs.
• Interacting with multiple stakeholders to gather business needs and developed technical specs.
• Using Tableau Server to publish and distribute reports to business users and transforming existing reports with an Excel foundation into Tableau dashboards.
• Improved scalability and performance by migrating legacy systems to cloud-based platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Deploying sophisticated graphical visualizations in dashboards to create effective views of data such as: Line Charts, Bar Charts, Pie Charts, Scatter Plots, Histograms, Tree Maps, Heat Maps, Area Charts, Gantt Charts, Bullet Graphs in Tableau Desktop.
• Knowledge of creating and designing interactive data visualizations, graphical dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Creating Tableau Dashboards with interactive views, trends and drill downs along with user level security.
• Establishing connections between various data sources to extract consistent data and produce views that provide crucial insight.
• Having a good grasp of creating optimized dashboards and SQL queries.
