  • Lead Generation/Demand Generation - give a first-level introductory pitch and fix up meetings/calls with the customer contact, based on the interest shown by the customer to know about Applexus services and products. Also, invite the BU Head/Sales counterpart, and sometimes the Practice Head, depending on the interest and requirement.
  • Awareness Creation / First Level Pitch - initiate a dialogue / exchange an email with the customer contact introducing Applexus services and products. The objective is to get an opportunity to present about our capabilities in detail. The channel here is predominantly LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email, and Calls.
  • First Level Pitch and Presentation - Make the first level presentation to the customer, involving the field sales team to showcase core capabilities; to understand the challenges; to understand if there are any specific areas that the customer is interested to discuss.
  • Contact generation: Confirm the contacts after calling into the company; try to get references through sources within the company. Also identifies contacts using research tools like LinkedIn, SN, ZoomInfo, Google, etc.
  • Opportunity generation - Based on the discussions, identifies if the customer has some specific business challenge/requirements and if those fit into Applexus services and products.
  • Coordinate for meetings, send invites and reminders, send presentations, and invite the key people who need to be on the call.
  • Coordinate with CoE & Value Eng teams for capability note, collaterals, presentations, case studies, proposals, etc.
  • Closely work with the Marketing, BU Heads, and Field Sales Rep.
  • Identified business opportunities aligning with Applexus solutions, contributing to pipeline growth.
  • Mentor and train junior team members.
