• Led and monitored the quality team to ensure accurate documentation as per QMS standards and company SOPs.
• Ensured compliance with technical specifications, client requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.
• Built and maintained strong customer relationships by providing continuous technical support.
• Addressed customer complaints, analyzed root causes, and implemented corrective actions to ensure issue resolution and long-term satisfaction.

Junior Engineer – Civil, HUES Project, Gurgaon (G+36 Residential Development, 13 Towers)

• Executed all types of structural works including raft foundation, pile foundation, reinforcement installation, and conventional shuttering as per approved drawings and design specifications.
• Worked with advanced Tunnel Formwork and Aluform systems, ensuring proper planning, sequencing, and execution of structural components.
• Supervised concreting operations, monitored quality parameters, and coordinated with site teams to achieve milestone-based progress and structural integrity.

Junior Engineer – Civil, Supernova Project (G+76 Residential Building)

• Worked as a Quality Control Engineer, responsible for monitoring and controlling concrete quality produced from a dedicated batching plant.
