• Leading the establishment of core HR functions from the ground up, including HR policy drafting and SOP design, building scalable and compliant frameworks on par with MNCs.

• Administer and manage the organization’s Group Health Insurance, ensuring timely enrollment, claim coordination, and policy renewal for all eligible employees.
• Ensure 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity) and conduct regular internal HR audits.
• Collaborate with external vendors for timely statutory filings and audit readiness.
• Conduct background verification (BGV) for all new hires to ensure hiring integrity.
• Maintain trackers via ClickUp, Salesforce, and Excel, covering payroll, compliance, and progress reporting.
• Driving transition to new HRMS platform and process automation for enhanced operational agility.
• Lead L2/L3 recruitment activities in coordination with the leadership, optimizing hiring timelines and cost.
