• Delves into the past records of the Bank including that of erstwhile Allahabad Bank and develops various types of reports as required by the top management.
• Handles the Statutory Central Auditors to ensure that all tax related works are verified and certified during audit.
• Coordinates with Chartered Accountants and Advocates.
• Keeps updating of changes in tax laws primarily in Income Tax from time to time and prepares presentation on its implications.

• Achievements-Obtained Cash refund of nearly Rs. 2000 Crores in 2019-20 and 2020-21 from Income Tax at Kolkata.

ALLBANK FINANCE LTD.

* Lead the business development in Kolkata and generated business for Techno Economic Viability Studies (TEV Studies) / loan syndication by coordinating with other Banks especially in Mid Corporate Segment upto project cost of Rs. 500 crores.

* Carried out analysis of balance sheets of the prospective borrowers and computing various ratios.

* Reviewed financial projections of borrowers and Prepared TEV Reports/ Project Reports/ Information Memorandum

* Carried out negotiated for finalizing the terms and conditions with prospective borrowers/ promoters regarding scope of the mandate, fees and payment structure.

* Directly involved in active discussion regarding new projects/ expansion plans, funding requirement, expected financial projections etc.

* Made unit/ site visit of existing units and proposed units.

* Handling queries of credit departments of lenders regarding projects of the borrowers.
