• Collaborated with client in stand-up call for multiple projects and allocated tasks among the team.
• Participated in Tech walk through sessions for User Stories with TFA and BA.
• Involved in FT&SIT Test plan preparation and test plan walk-through sessions are held with TFA, BA and Dev team in Japanese.
• Performed Manual Test Execution in Japanese UI and prepared Evidence Document.
• Being a SME of Customer Call center application, assisted other teams for SIT and UAT support.
• Handled KT sessions to new associates and allocated tasks to them for automation support.
• Prepared WSR on weekly basics for all the projects handled in our team
