• MTCI Employee Management System, In Hyundai Mobis, as a research engineer, I was working on the employee management system application for the organization. The application has many important modules that are used by Mobis employees on a daily basis. It has employee attendance management system, leave management system, tax module, reimbursement system, internal training module, car purchase discount system for employees etc. The application was based on Java, Struts, Hibernate, MySQL, Javascript, SQL etc.
• MTCI Employee Management System, MTCI Employee Management System application was the most important tool used in the organization because of its various modules like Tax Module that is used for the yearly Tax declaration process. The application has to be reliable for this. Every year Headings and Criterias will be changed and Screen is designed as per requirement when needed. Two times screen will be enabled as per requirement by the Finance team.
• MTCI Employee Management System, The tool was completely built keeping in mind the needs of the end customer and I extended my support to deliver any urgent/priority requirements in time with high efficiency.
• MTCI Employee Management System, Requirement gathering was done by me as I was in direct contact with the HR, Training and Development and Talent Acquisition Teams who provide us the requirements after surveying customer needs. So it is completely customer oriented.
• MTCI Employee Management System, I had full control of the application architecture, right from jsp pages to the database tables. So, I have experience of working as a full stack application developer and manager.
• MTCI Employee Management System, For every two years the organization hierarchy will change. So, the entire code changes will be done, it was the most critical and crucial tool to deliver within tight dead-lines as the requirements were never always complete or clear from the HR or client. With every change we had to plan and discuss whether an algorithm that is not only efficient but also scalable.
• MTCI Employee Management System, Lot of time was spent on manual testing to test all the scenarios from user perspective before the product goes for release.
• MTCI Employee Management System, I have been part of every meeting and discussions for design of the module and also I used to give a demo of the module before it goes live or while in the testing phase itself.
• MTCI Employee Management System, As and when needed, support was extended on holidays and late nights.
• MTCI Employee Management System, Some modules were created by me from scratch. Modules namely a) Tax Module has been moved from struts 2.0 to Spring boot with extra features and changes in the view. b) Preapprovals Module, Manager needs to raise a request for the employee who works on the weekend, without pre approval request. Employees are not able to apply for holiday working.(It is developed in Struts).
• BT Business Trip Application, The Business Trip application was the other most important tool used in the organization. It is used for Employees to raise the request for Visa and Business trips. Recently the Organization Structure was changed, so I made all the code changes to work the application in the correct flow and tested with different Scenarios and delivered within tight dead-lines as the requirements.
• BT Business Trip Application, Mail Triggering option is implemented in the Bt application so that when an employee raises the request, mail should be triggered to the manager so that he will approve the request.
• BT Business Trip Application, Issues were Reported by the Admin team and I extended my support to deliver any urgent/priority requirements in time with high efficiency.
