Currently working as a QC Trainee in the Roasted and Ground Division at SLN, I apply my knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control, and biotechnological techniques to maintain high-quality standards throughout the coffee production process. My role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure optimal bean procurement, roasting, packaging, and sensory evaluation. With hands-on experience in overseeing these processes and managing institutional sales, I aim to contribute to innovation and elevate quality standards within the coffee sector.
