As a Order management officer, I was accountable for Export customers like Thales, ABB, Liebherr, Aero Contolex, and Rolls-Royce order management, daily tracking of internal plan vs actuals against their order and reporting to Senior management team for any support required.

Following are the main activities:

• Receiving Orders, loading into SAP system, working on scheduling, and sharing order acknowledgement to customer.
• Conducting daily meeting with production team for daily status update.
• Attending weekly meetings with customer, sharing project dashboard, status update and critical support requited items from both parties for smooth execution.
• Daily track of Customer requirement, planning shipment of scheduled parts to customers | Tracking from ASN to delivery @ customer location.
• Used MS-Word and other software tools to create QMS documents like work-instructions, process flows, one time lessons.
• Actively listened to customers, handled concerns quickly (within 24 hours response) and escalated major issues to HOD.
• Monitored inventory to ensure stock levels and databases were updated.
• Quickly learned new skills and applied them to daily tasks, improving efficiency and productivity.
• Used MS-PPT for generating Monthly reports covering Business performance, Customer Satisfaction and KRA data.
• Produced Dashboards and charts for use in key decision-making processes using advanced MS-Excel/Macro options.
• Made automations in major processes and utilized these times to manage other prioritized activities.

As a MIS I am accountable for World of Titan, Fastrack and Helios which is 900+ stores across India. Tracking their Retails Sales performance and share the Dashboard with Senior Management and all the other concerned stakeholder on daily and Monthly basic.

My Duties also include:

• Retail Sales tracking daily, weekly and monthly ensuring the reports meet the fixed time line

• Retail Scheme tracking. Pre and Post campaign analysis to the brand team on specific activity or product launch

• Creating Ad hoc reports and presentation for sales review meeting, setting up targets for Region and Brand wise.

• Forecasting sale based on market trend and present the same to senior managers to help them in planning.

• Calculating Incentive for 60 + sales team and 6000+ store staff members PAN INDIA on monthly and quarterly based on requirement, and resolve if there are any issue regarding it.

• Creating priceband, leads conversion, Retail equation, discount, key metric reports on monthly basis.

• Creating dashboard based on the contest set for sales team and store staff.

• Elected Captain of Chess Team for Inter University Tournaments.
