Responsibilities :

• Enhanced system reliability by implementing monitoring tools and automation techniques.

Project: Splunk Cloud

Responsibilities:

• Proactively and Diligently managing Splunk with infrastructure deployed on AWS & GCP via tools & technologies like Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins & Puppet.
• Worked as a technical lead and handling P0 & P1 USA customer – ex. vanguard group , F.B , Nike , Pfizer , BlackRock etc , also mentoring 15 mentees .
• Experienced with version control systems like Git and used SCM tools like GitHub & GitLab to maintain the Ansible, Terraform & Puppet code in different repositories.
• Worked on various client's requests such as Infrastructure changes, Splunk version upgrade, Apps/Add-ons installation/upgrade, Configuration changes, etc.
• Worked on analytics tool Splunk & monitoring tool such as Thruk.
• Developed various Shellscripts for automating manual task .
• Created Jenkins pipelines for spawning & managing infrastructure with the use of Ansible & Terraform.
• Worked as on-call wingman to handle extensions and escalations of tasks.
• Create/Update Runbooks to improve execution process.
• Manage extension & escalation of customer’s maintenance windows.
• Worked on incidents reported by customers to find root cause of issues.
