Assistant Manager
- Monitor sales figures vis-à-vis plan/forecast and interpret shrinkage on floor
- Manage the sales and special/periodic promotional offers, point-of-purchase promotional materials, and stock turns for the category
- Work closely with buying team to ensure 100% fill rate
- Ensure effective stock and visual to optimize the store display stock and back-store inventory to increase the trends to facilitate inventory planning along with the Sales Manager/Buyer
- Provide industry leading services and technical support to enhance Customer satisfaction
- Identify present market demands to establish effective service quality to increase customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer escalations for service quality
- Analyze mark-downs (discounts & best offers) and communicate with vendor for the liquidation of outdated stock in store inventory.
