As Payroll advisory lead, I worked with multiple clients in Assessing and improving payroll processes and compliance framework. Few of the special projects I lead as payroll advisory lead were:

  • Managed end to end set up and operations of HR and payroll function for a UK retail giant. It involved reviewing of current state HR and payroll applications and end to end implementation management from module set up, testing, training and transition to business as usual
  • Partnered with Procurement, Legal and Finance teams in evaluation of payroll and mobility services providers. Performed cost benefit analysis and enabled vendor selection
  • Led payroll and compensation outsourcing for a US banking giant that included Integrating in-house payroll system with that of third party vendor specifically relating to high net worth employees
  • Led payroll centralization for ITeS industry leader. The project involved transitioning from local to centralized setup, it included policy redesign and effective data management. Conducted training and enabled business change to adopt the new model
  • Led the set up of a global payroll team for the same ITeS company to manage their APAC, Americas and EU country payroll needs and compliance
