Deepa Tripathi

I began my role as a Senior Principal Software Engineer, initially focusing on individual contributions before advancing to manage Dell Digital's Payments and Rewards team.

Key projects under my leadership involved transitioning from legacy systems to a multi-API architecture and implementing Microfrontends and Resiliency systems.

Leading these efforts, I oversaw the development of multiple APIs for payments and rewards.

Recently, I lead the team for developing Rewards system for Dell's Sales application, serving both internal sales teams and online users. This project was successfully delivered, earning recognition through awards for its achievements.

As a Technical/Team Lead, my responsibilities included developing and designing an Agency Analytics Dashboard that provided prescriptive analytics for agencies. This involved:

• Developing the data model for Birst and creating the user interface
• Generating ETL processes to supply data for the Birst UI
• Designing and developing an Angular/MVC-based configuration system to provide, maintain, and administer access to Birst appliances

I joined Infosys as a fresher and worked in various roles over nearly 10 years. My experience includes:

• Developing applications for clients in the healthcare and insurance domains
• I worked for 5 years in Chicago, USA, as an onsite coordinator. During this time, I collaborated closely with clients on various applications, handling everything from gathering requirements to designing and delivering projects.
• Managing projects with teams of over 30 members

Throughout my tenure, I have led and been part of numerous major projects. This includes various web applications using the latest .NET MVC APIs, backend adjudication systems with SQL and Oracle packages, new UI applications, analytics dashboards, and migrating applications from legacy systems to the latest MVC and web API online apps.
