Major responsibilities are as follows:

• Design review, validation and release for production for lithium ion battery packs for BEV and ESS applications
• Design lead for development of liquid cooled battery pack of 175kWh for heavy vehicles in mining application.
• Design lead for retro-fit projects at 384V for 4 wheeler BEV.
• Coordination with cross -functional departments for smooth delivery of projects for regular as well as newly developed products.
• Integral part of team for setting up manufacturing process, benchmarking requirements for laser welding machines of battery packs
• Design lead for certification of battery packs for EV as per latest AIS-156 and UN38.3 certifications
• Reduced operation costs through continuous evaluation of manufacturing process, selection of alternate materials for similar functionality

Major responsibilities were as follows:

• Integration of two wheeler battery packs as per clients requirements
• Validation of Li-ion batteries by physical testing and corroborating Thermal and static CAE simulations.
• Developed 1-D model for vehicle range estimation and thermal performance of batteries using Matlab
• Developed first order Thevenin model for estimation of SOC of Li-ion batteries
• Supported continuous learning process by initiating innovative ideas for testing cell and battery packs.

Major responsibilities were as follows:

• Design and development of Brake control containers for Metro systems and railways.
• Design, testing, and prototyping of brake control modules for Vande-Bharat project.
• Developed understanding and working principle of pneumatic braking system of metros.
