Responsible for

• To execute construction work in accordance with the drawing and specifications and ensure highest quality and safety standards are met for timely completions of the assignments. ·
• Preparation of estimation of work – estimation cost. Preparation of Purchase requisition and purchase order as per requirement – with work sheet. ·
• Preparation of Plan of project with Daily and monthly progress report with graph with using MS project software.
• Follow and implement work permit system, JSA, Tool Box talk at site to ensure safety during execution. · · Formulate and implement strategies for achieving departmental goals.
• Procure project materials, coordinating and managing follow-up with vendors for projects. ·
• Plan for timely procurement of materials equipment to ensure smooth execution of projects. ·
• Measurement, Validation, and billing of job executions. Control project plan and execution by reviewing design, specification, standard codes. ·
• Maintains safe clean work environment by enforcing procedures, rules guidelines. ·
• Ensure good condition of all construction elements (R.C.C Structure) in the assigned plant/ Divisions. ·
• Plan and execute the construction work as per the requirement and ensure timely completion of the same. ·
• Prepare maintenance schedules and execution data sheet. Ensure work allocation and planning team as per business and customer requirement. ·
• Ensure preparations and implementation of raw materials quality and
• workmanship (Prevention maintenance and conditioning monitoring schedule) during and after completion of civil works

• Company Overview: Project - 140klpd grain-based distillery plant, 40tph boiler, 4mw turbine, ETP, WTP, Fermentation section, Liquification section, distillation section, DDGS, store, Fuel handling system, Ethanol storages section, Co2 plant section, 7km Plant Road, transport work shop, mechanical workshop, Power plant section, Commercial Buildings, office buildings, residential staff colony, canteen building

• Company Overview: Project- 23MW C0 -Generation electric POWER PLANT (120 TPH Boiler and Power house & Switchyard plant and Turbine, Fuel Handling, Pipe racks and R.O Plant, Plant Road) And Steel plant Foundation, Heavy foundation of Mill crushing capacity 7500 tons per day with sugar process and sugar refinery and Distillery plant
• And ARC operation civil work at plant- refectory work, painting work, plumbing work, retrofitting work, Field weight bridges
• Overall project quality and execution was handled by me for this project
