- Responsible /In charge for the Final Inspection of Automation Valves, Actuators-RG, SUPERNOVA, SXL,CXL, LPC, LPS, Mistique , VL, VLES etc. and review of control Valves documentation as per the QA codes .
- Knowledge on HTHA( High Temperature Hydrogen attack ) i.e. attack of hydrogen at elevated temperature with carbon and form methane molecules and will start affecting the steel which leads to failure of steel or cracking etc.
- Knowledge of Hydrogen service /helium leak test /Cryo test /high temperature test etc .

- Reviewing the material test certificates for all the valves as per the specifications, NDE,IGC,Ferrite,Impacts,test,CE,Chemicalcompositions,MechanicalRequirements/IBR Requirements/PED Requirements/ATEX/CE/TRCU Requirements etc.
- Responsible and handling the actuators certifications, SIL/TRCU/ATEX/PED, IP with Lloyds ,TUV and Exida.
- Assigning the work to the team member and getting clear the materials as per the schedule planned by planning.
- Coordinating with Flowserve supplier for the QA testing, certification, QA Related activities with Supply chain Clarifying Quality issues and Smooth execution.
- Verifying the Certifications for the imported Products Like, SIL Certification/PESO certification /ATEX Certification, TRCU Certification, IP, PED Certification ,IEC Ex certification, IBR Certification, and raw material certification.
- Handling and doing the internal audits for the other departments for QMS-ISO9001-2015, and EHS -ISO 14001/ISO45001 Requirements.
- Validating the new development parts with engineering specifications.
- Doing the inspections of parts, valves, actuators, automations castings, forgings, machining, welding, Volume tanks, Solenoids, Positioners , other accessories etc. as per the drawings and specifications.
- Reviewing the Supplier NDE(RT/UT/MP/DP/VT), WPS/PQRA, PMI Procedures, Testing procedures .
- Handling and Coordinating for the TSG Certification and control valve VC testing FCRI-Palakkad.
