I have been part of multiple product design, GTM strategy and transformation projects for commercial banks in India and in SEA.   • Transformation project to develop new mobile and web applications for SME and corporate banking clients of a PSU bank in India. Key deliverables include the design and implementation of 100+ user journeys, with approx. 40% being new, while engaging 7+ client vendors and 5+ client departments to maintain timely delivery of the application.
  • Strategy project for Trade and Fx business transformation, including identification and design of new products, business value chains and refinement of existing digital journeys. Team identified 4 new AI led capabilities, 2 new value chains and 5 journeys redesign, with a potential to have a USD 20 Mn incremental impact on Trade Fx income in the 1st two year of launch.
  • Sales transformation strategy project for growth of SME liabilities of a leading private sector bank. The scope included revamp of coverage and product sales model, creation of segmented value propositions and GTM strategy for high CA potential industries. Initiative led to a 40% increase in monthly accounts opened and an additional liability of INR 300 Cr in the 1st 6 months of rollout
  • Digital transformation project to design new mobile and web applications for the retail customers of a PSU bank. Led a cross-functional team comprising of business, product, technology, and compliance for the design of over 300 digital journeys along with the migration plan from old to new app
  • Product strategy for development of digital treasury and supply chain finance solution for a Southeast Asian bank. Conducted diagnostic and defined target state of the Tech architecture for the Bank’s wholesale banking division.
  • Diagnostic of CMS, Trade Finance and Fx products offered by a large public sector bank in India to its corporate segment clients. Advised CXO-level executives on key areas of improvement in digital products, web & mobile app and API banking.
  • Revamp of API developer portal for the corporate segment of a leading private bank in India, launching 30+ new APIs, and digital onboarding journeys to sandbox and UAT environment.
  • Designed and implemented an GTM strategy for the new economy group which led to a 3X increase in customer acquisition rate and a 25% increase in related current account float.
