In my capacity, I recruited and led a team of 7 Managers (Priority Clients) and 17 Business Partners, who collectively recruited nearly 225 advisors. Under my leadership, the team achieved a WRP (collected premium) of Rs. 2.20 crores and a WAPI (annualized premium) of Rs. 3.50 crores during FY 2008-09, surpassing my target of Rs. 2.00 crores.

  • Recognized as the top performer in Business Partner sales across India within the Priority Circle.
  • Led the Gurgaon PC Branch to the top position among all Gurgaon ICICI Prudential branches, driven by the strong performance of the BP business under my leadership.
