I partnered with established builders to develop builder floors in Gurugram. After approximately two years, in June/July 2015, I expanded my business into the sale and brokerage of builder floors in DLF and Sushant Lok-1, Gurugram. We conducted significant business in the development and sale of builder floors until mid-2023. During this period, we were also active in the primary market on Golf Course Extension Road, securing new bookings in prominent projects such as M3M Golf Estate, M3M Merlin, and DLF Crest etc.
I served as the Business Head at Organ Imaging Research Centre (India) Pvt Ltd., a company specializing in providing medical diagnostic services, including pathology and radiology, to the community. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing both the operational and marketing aspects of the company.

I worked as Manager for the Upper Crust channel at DLF Pramerica Life Insurance Company Ltd. The Upper Crust channel focused on recruiting senior advisors, specifically existing MDRTs from competitors, who were managed by officers at the Branch Manager (BM) level.
Following the successful establishment of the Upper Crust channel, I was entrusted with the responsibility of building a team of leaders to oversee Sales Managers (SMs) and recruit Life Associates to drive business growth.
Key Achievements:
I worked as a Sales Manager (BP) at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co Ltd., the leading private-sector insurance company in India, specializing in life insurance and investment plans. In this role, I managed a branch of Business Partners and a unit of MPCs. I was part of the Priority Circle, an initiative launched in July 2004 to cater to the investment needs of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), offering products such as life insurance, ULIP plans, mutual funds, and general insurance.
In my capacity, I recruited and led a team of 7 Managers (Priority Clients) and 17 Business Partners, who collectively recruited nearly 225 advisors. Under my leadership, the team achieved a WRP (collected premium) of Rs. 2.20 crores and a WAPI (annualized premium) of Rs. 3.50 crores during FY 2008-09, surpassing my target of Rs. 2.00 crores.
