Authorized to collect Safety Data Sheets (SDS) from hazardous chemical manufacturers in the USA and Canada, including locating SDS documents through web searches, sending email requests via MS Outlook, and making outbound calls. Responsible for promptly responding to emails, updating records upon receipt, compiling daily project reports, and conducting quality control before uploading documents. Additional duties involve reviewing incident reports for accuracy, participating in management meetings, creating detailed presentations on safety data analysis, proficiently documenting call activities, analyzing survey results from outbound calls, and developing enhanced calling processes and scripts.

Job Role Integration

• Compliance with WHMIS Regulations:Ensure all Safety Data Sheets (SDS) collected adhere to WHMIS standards.
  Verify that labels on hazardous materials include the required WHMIS symbols and information.
  Conduct training sessions on WHMIS requirements for team members, if applicable.
  Maintain and update records to reflect compliance with WHMIS regulations.
• Adherence to OSHA Regulations:Confirm that all SDS documents comply with OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard (HCS).
  Ensure labels on hazardous chemicals meet OSHA’s labeling requirements, including hazard pictograms and precautionary statements.
  Provide accurate and timely information about hazardous chemicals to stakeholders, following OSHA’s communication and training guidelines.
  Monitor and report on compliance with OSHA regulations as part of the quality control process

Monitors LEGOLAND California's live stream for walk-in counts, entering data into MS Excel, and works 12-hour shifts (Eastern Time). Analyzes offline videos from car parking operations at Goodwill Industries of Kentucky, Manhattan Mini Storage, and Brightline Trains, entering car counts for testing self-IOT devices with IP cameras. Performs data entry and basic calculations for filing, fleet management, and prescription orders. Uses MS Office and MS Excel for data tracking and analysis, ensuring accuracy, correcting errors, and creating spreadsheets
