Presently working with J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd. as Senior Manager Purchase, Mumbai Location from 15thNov.’ 2016 till date for Elevated Mumbai Metro Projects.

Present Job profile includes the following roles & responsibilities:

· Coordinating with Site Execution Teams to get their exact requirements & Placing WO’s / PO’s on various Vendors.

· Process Ordering for all items which is required for Metro Rail Project (Steel, Formwork Material for Girders,

Shuttering & Scaffolding Material, Capital Items, Bearings, Heavy & Small Machinery & Spare Parts, Fabricated

Material, Electrical, Safety, Plumbing, Finishing Material)

· Being mentor to my Purchase Team.

· Finalization of Vendor Bills & their respective payments.

· Preparing Procurement status & submitting MIS to Regional Head about the various items.

· Interacting with Site Offices, Estimation and Execution Teams as and when required.

· Vendor Development & pre as well as Post Orders monitoring.

· Preparation of Tender documents, issuing RFQ / RFP, technical review, negotiation with bidders and placing PO’s & WO’s in ERP.

Specialized Work & Projects handled over & above:

· TBM Refurbishment work completed (Purchases) successfully.

· Handling all the material required for underground Tunneling Project.

· Handling Mumbai Metro Line 7 and Delhi metro underground Metro Project.

· GMLR Road Tunnel Project.

· Finalizing Sub-contracts for aforementioned projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Coordinating with Site Execution Teams to get the exact requirements & placing WO’s / PO’s on various vendors.

· Processing all (A, B and C) class items. (Steel, Cement, Electrical, Plumbing items. etc.)

· Being mentor to my Purchase Team

· Finalization of Vendor, Bills and respective payments.

· Updating procurement status to Regional Head about the various items.

· Interacting with Head Office, Estimation and Execution Teams as and when required.

I have the experience of working at various Branches for Vascon (such as Pune, Goa, Himachal Pradesh), which has given me extensive and varied experience in the Purchase functions.
