• Preparation & Issuance of Scheduled Work package for fleet as per work scope, maintenance checks follow-up with relation to the Maintenance Forecast.

• Staggered planning for effective & timely accomplishment of maintenance requirements of various aircraft components by forecast monitoring through AMOS.
• Worked as Technical Planning Representative in multiple 1C & 3C Checks of IndiGo aircrafts at GMR Aero Technic, Hyderabad (India).
• Worked as Technical Planning Representative in multiple A/C re-delivery for heavy checks 4C, 6C, 3C-6Y & 12Y+7C Checks of IndiGo A320 CEO & NEO aircrafts at Turkish Technic, Istanbul (Turkey) for 2.4 years in close coordination with multiple Lessors in ensuring compliance with contractual agreement.
• Monitoring the progress of Job cards & completion of maintenance work performed on aircraft during the C-check & EOL checks in ensuring the timely CRS.
• Verifying the HT & OCCM components meets the re-delivery conditions specified in the lease agreements.
• Associated in quality documents clearance for HTs, OCCM, ADs & SBs involved in EOL check.
• Associated in the closure of OIL points to meet the re-delivery condition with close coordination with internal team & shop/MRO.
• Negotiating material costs & final invoicing of MRO.
• Positioning of spares to support long term Aircraft Maintenance planning including Aircraft Leasing, Entry into Service and C-Checks as per contracts with OEM/Vendors.
• Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse and logistics activities to ensure receiving and dispatching of goods is executed on time and according to internal procedures.
• Monitoring shelf expiry control and calibration of gauges, tools etc.
• Close co-ordination with stores, receiving and issue counter for immediate processing of AOG parts.
• Reviewing receiving documents for components/items for accuracy & acceptance in AMOS.
• Track retrieval of unserviceable components/spares, raise repair orders and dispatch orders and induct U/S for necessary repairs along with scrapping of BER components/ items.

In addition to above responsibilities, following duties also performed as per Operational Requirements:

• Worked as Engineering Warehouse In-charge in performing Issuance & Receipt of Items to Line Maintenance, upkeep of Engineering Warehouse as per approved Standards, assist in various station audits, Quality Audits, Flight Safety Audits, etc.
• Completed Aircraft Marshaling Training and awareness of Ramp & Transit Aircraft Maintenance and safety procedures.
• Completed Dangerous Goods Regulation training & holder of CAT-6 DG Certificate.

• Assisted in charging, discharging of Lead-Acid batteries and Ni-Cd batteries in approved battery shop under supervision of AMEs.
• Check availability of spares, consumables, tools, and ground equipment as per requisition from AME.
• Maintaining list of special tools and Equipment as per Scope of approval and up-to-date inventory of tools and equipment available
• Maintaining and controlling of tools and equipment, calibration periodicity, pasting of calibration label on special tools, next inspection due date, accuracy, trace ability, equipment calibration records, preservation of records
• Properly utilize Avionics Test Equipment/ Hand tools to perform system test, repairs, and installation
• Applied accurately interpreting maintenance manual, SBs.
• Used technical specifications, drawings, and engineering instructions according to Civil Aviation Authority to accomplish tasks.
