• Financial Planning & Analysis: - Preparation and Finalization of monthly and annual reports and MIS ; - Supporting in the preparation of the AOP/ Budget, Variance Analysis; - Prepare the Presentation for Investor (BRM Deck ), KPI and other relevant reports .
• Revenue Assurance & Risk Management: - Analyzing financial data to identify areas of revenue leakage or potential risk. - Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate any risk or Losses. - Regular audit of system and process to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Collaboration with other departments to ensure revenue streams are optimised
• Financial Accounting: - Supervising the Branches Accounts Heads /Billing Heads and Corporate team in day-to-day operation; - Developing new processes/ Masters/ SOP and best practices for the efficient functioning of the system with better transparency and controls; - Ensuring timely payment of various statutory dues and filing of Income Tax, GST return, etc. as per local regulations;
• Auditing & Review : - Finalization of FS INDAS and statutory audit (EY); - Preparing annual and quarterly FS. - Facilitating to Internal audits (GT) and closure of the report with review board ; - Concurrent Audit of Revenue – Pre and post Audit of Invoicing to patients.
• Financial Management: - Cash flow management. - Preparation of CMA (TL/CC/BG/LC) for Bank / Financial Institutions; - Vendor and Customer management, Reconciliation, and Controls; - Intercompany/group/ Inter Branches payment and reconciliation. - Project Financing and preparation of Project reports.
• Other Ancillary Activities: - Supporting CEO with decision-making and participation in monthly BRM; - Ensuring full compliance as per company policies & Protocol and designing SOPs ; - Handling Search & seizure cases of Groups and regular Assessments of Direct and Indirect Taxes. - Implementing and maintaining strong internal control for all financial activities (IFC); - Implementing FICO/Oracle, Various Software planning for finance operations, and member of various committees. - Preparation of Project report for Equity /Debt Financing. - Negotiation with vendors and doctors and extending help in commercial operations. - Any other function or task that may be required to perform as Financial Controller ( Vice President)
