- Roles and Responsibilities
- 1. To ensure reliable operation of the plant by managing the control desk parameters as per operation systems and SOP
- 2. Analyzing the Powerplant KPIs ike Sp.Steam,Sp.fuel,BoilerEfficiency,StationHeatRate etc and preparing reports on any deviation.
- 3. Being the OperationManager,ensuring uninterrupted powersupply to all captive consumers.
- 4. Preparing the day ahead Power generation schedule by coordinating with electrical department.
- 5. Monitoring and control the proper operational parameters and coordinating the Shift In-charges to maintain a smooth and error free operation.
- 6. Collecting and analyzing the Performance reports ondaily basis and preparing the Root Cause Analysis Report if any incidents happen.
- 7. Scheduling the manpower for every shift and ensuring proper man power availability in both control room and field.
- 8. Ensuring the safety human along with the safety of equipments by preparing proper SOP of each and every jobs carried out.
- 9. Preparing and presenting ISO related documents in annual ISO audit.
